  I would give this branch 0 stars if I could. Not only was my issue not resolved, the 'personal banker' I dealt with refused to be of any actual assistance, and when I asked him to contact the CHASE ACCOUNT HOLDER and explain to her what she needs to do to get the issue resolved (since he refused to tell me), he outright refused to call her because "I don't know her", even though she was an actual account holder at chase bank. When I asked him for his business card so I can let the owner know who I spoke with about the issue, he even tried to refuse giving me his card. He was rude and difficult and very short with me, and if I ever wanted to open a chase banking account I don't after my treatment today. The 'personal banker' I dealt with was named Martin Whitener, and I hope at the very least Chase gives him another course in GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, all of the people working at the Wolf Ranch branch need it.

  Don't use the drive thru for cash transactions. I was shorted by teller $20 on a large deposit (which both of us counted several times). Since it was cash it was our word against hers. We are long term customers with multiple accounts and a mortgage in good standing so this was a slap in the face to be ripped off so blatantly. I give the 2 stars because walk-up service has always been great at this location.
