  Rose RIPPED OFF 4 of us Travel Agents! She sent us a flyer advertising a Travel Agent FAM cruise that was suppose to include several items such as 1 liter of water per day, 1 specialty dinner, unlimited alcohol package, 1 massage etc. so we all signed up for this cruise but we did not receive ANY of the above! When we contacted her, all she had to say was "Well, sue me. The package expired last September. I should have told you." She did NOTHING to make things right for us. DO NOT TRUST HER OR GIVE HER BUSINESS! She is VERY unprofessional and full of lies.

  Not at all happy with the service. I have asked multiple times for a breakdown on what we paid. All I get in response is it’s a package, no breakdown. I have asked how much we have paid for her services, also avoided. As near as I can tell we paid her a bit over half of the price of our trip, excluding airfare, as her fee. She gave erroneous information concerning whether breakfast was included. When asked specifically if the hotel that provided breakfast was continental or full she stated twice it was a full breakfast. Upon receiving our travel documents it was revealed that in fact it was continental.... and complementary at that! What was the meal plan I supposedly purchased? A complementary continental breakfast? I have sent several requests for clarification and what I get in return is “ I’m perplexed as to you anger” nothing addressing the issues at any time. Needless to say we will not be using her “services” again.
